At Memorial High School

played for head coach Travis Williams… garnered newcomer of the year honors as a freshman… an all-state selection who received all-region recognition and was named defensive MVP as a junior… followed that up by earning defensive MVP honors, and being named to the all-region team as a senior… averaged 18 points and 12 rebounds per game, while shooting 65 percent from the floor in his first three seasons at Memorial High… rated as high as the No. 16 player in the state… averaged 5.0 blocks per game… set a Memorial High School record with 108 blocks as a senior...
