competed in seven games as a reserve running back... rushed for 200 yards on 42 carries with one touchdown... returned five punts for 14 yards with a long of nine... ran for a season-high 53 yards on eight carries in a 35-10 win over No. 10 Humboldt State (Calif.) (10/17)... rushed for 49 yards on nine carries in collegiate debut against Tarleton State (9/26)... scored first collegiate touchdown in a 49-41 win over Texas A&M-Kingsville (10/31)... rushed for 36 yards on five carries and caught two passes for 22 yards in a 26-21 win over Eastern New Mexico in the opening round of the LSC playoffs (11/7)...

an honorable mention all-purpose back on the 2013 Collin Street Bakery/Texas Sports Writers Association Class 4A All-State team for coach Ricklan Holmes... earned second-team All-District 16-4A at running back as a senior... helped lead the Lions to a 7-4 record as a senior, advancing to the bi-district round of the 2013 Class 4A Division I playoffs...  rushed for 384 yards on 86 carries (4.5 yards per carry) and 12 touchdowns, with 24 receptions for 405 yards and five scores as a senior... part of the Lions 2012 Class 4A Division I State Semifinalist with a 13-2 record as a junior where he rushed for 295 yards on 41 carries (led team with 7.2 yards a carry) and four touchdowns, while adding 16 catches for 271 yards (16.9 yards per reception) with two more scores...
