Senior (2013)
- played in all 10 games for the Mustangs, starting the last two at linebacker.  Also key special teams player.
- ranked 10th on the team with 25 total tackles (nine solo).
- collected 1.5 tackles for losses of eight yards, with three quarterback hurries.
- posted season's best game of five tackles at Eastern New Mexico.

Junior (2012)
- played in 10 games for the Mustangs at linebacker and on special teams.
- posted 29 tackles on the season, 11 unassisted.
- put up 3.0 tackles for losses of nine yards, including 1.0 quarterback sacks for a loss of three yards.
- best outing was on Oct. 20, 2012 at Abilene Christian where he picked up six tackles, including his second quarter sack of ACU's Mitchell Gale for a three-yard loss.
- clocked five tackles on Nov. 10, 2012 against West Georgia with a tackle for loss.
- recovered a fumble in the nationally televised game against Texas A&M-Commerce at Cowboys Stadium on Sep. 13, 2012.

Sophomore (2011)
-played in 10 games for the Mustangs as a reserve linebacker.
-recorded 24 total tackles, with seven solo stops.
-notched 1.0 tackles for loss (-4 yards), including 0.5 quarterback sacks (-3) and a forced fumble.
-intercepted a pass against Texas A&M-Commerce at Cowboys Stadium on Sept. 17, 2011 that set up a touchdown in the 63-17 win over the Lions.
-collected four tackles each against Incarnate Word, Angelo State and Abilene Christian.

At Trinity Christian High School

-a three-year letterwinner as defensive end and offensive tackle for coach Mike Helmer at Trinity Christian High School in Cedar Hill, Texas.
-garnered all-state and all-district honors after tallying 13 sacks as a senior in 2008.
-earned four letters while throwing shot put and discus in track and field.
-all-around athlete also competed in power lifting and baseball as a prep.
