At Creekview High School

a three-year letter winning splitting time at defensive end and linebacker for coach Jay Cline at Creekview High School in Carrollton, Texas... an All-District 4-5A Division I first-team pick at outside linebacker as a senior in 2018 making 40 tackles with 17 solo stops, seven tackles for loss, two sacks and five quarterback hurries to go along with one interception, one forced fumble and a blocked field goal... earned All-District 14-5A first-team honors as a junior defensive end in 2017 making 49 tackles including nine tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and five quarterback hurries to go along with an interception and fumble recovery... returned both of his interceptions for touchdowns during prep career including a 47-yard return as a senior and a 45-yard run back as a junior... competed in the high jump and 400-meter dash in track & field... earned on basketball letter playing center... member of the National Honor Society...
