Senior (2012)
-started all 10 games played at right tackle.
- earned third-team Beyond Sports Network All-America honors after gaining first-team All-Lone Star Conerence accolades.
- bolstered offensive line that led NCAA Division II allowing four sacks in 11 games.
- paved way for NCAA Division II's third-best rushing attack churning out 323.9 yards per game.
- MSU ranked 21st in total offense with 459 yards per game and 16th in scoring offense with 38.6 points per game.
- blocked for LSC regular season rushing leader Keidrick Jackson who finished with 1,354 yards and 21 touchdowns.
- member of one of the best offensive line units in school history joining Ken Van Heule and Justen Tyler on All-LSC first team while Tino Tuilata earned second-team accolades and Bryan Keith gained honorable mention.


Junior (2011)
-started once and played in all 11 games at left tackle behind consensus All-American and NFL second round draft pick Amini Silatolu.
-started in his first game at Midwestern at Missouri S&T on Sept. 10, 2011.
-helped the MSU line that pushed the Mustangs to the top spot in NCAA Division II in total offense (averaging 531.9 yards a game) and scoring offense (collecting 48.6 points an outing)
-a part of leading the MSU rushing game to the top of the LSC and second in Division II (averaging 323.5 yards a game).
-aided Mustangs in collecting two games of 700-plus yards of total offense (740 vs Abilene Christian and 704 vs Angelo State) and a 400-yard rushing game (436 vs Abilene Christian).



At Mount San Antonio College

Sophomore (2009)

-earned California Community College Football Coaches' Association All-Region III first-team honors.
-helped Mounties to a 13-1 record and a CCCAA championship.
-selected as JCFootball.com SoCal all-combine team.
-signed to play at San Diego State, but did not qualify.
-received interest from Oregon State, UCLA, Kansas, Weber State, Washington and Louisville.


Freshman (2008)
-helped Mt. SAC to CCCFA runner-up showing as Mounties finished with a 12-2 mark.


At Etiwanda High School

-a three-year starter as a defensive end at Etiwanda High School in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.

-Older brother, Paul Unga, played defensive end at Arizona State in 2008-09.
-younger brother, Feti Unga, is a senior linebacker at Oregon State.
-younger brother, Uani, is a senior linebacker at BYU
-Feti and Uani are twins.
-cousin, Naufahu Tahi, is in his sixth season as a fullback with the Minnesota Vikings.
-cousin, Reno Mahe, played five seasons at running back with the Philadelphia Eagles earning an All-Pro selection in 2005.
-cousin, Harvey Unga, is BYU's all-time leading rusher was selected in the 2010 NFL Supplemental Draft by the Chicago Bears where he enters his third season.
