played in seven games as a reserve defensive lineman... finished campaign with 11 tackles including six solo stops, seven tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and a quarterback hurry... had season-high four tackles with a sack in a 27-23 win at Tarleton State (9/27)... notched 2.5 tackles for loss in a 40-23 win over Missouri S&T (9/13)... recorded a sack for a 10-yard loss at West Texas A&M (10/11)...

Redshirt Freshman (2013)
played in eight games for the Mustangs, seeing time on both sides of the ball and on special teams... in addition to playing defensive end and special teams, he was used as a tight end on offense... recorded eight tackles (two solo)... caught one pass for six yards against No. 25 West Texas A&M in the Mustangs touchdown scoring drive in the fourth quarter... as an up blocker, returned a short kickoff for 16 yards against No. 8 West Alabama in the Mustangs Homecoming upset win over the Tigers... recorded four tackles at Eastern New Mexico...
