a three-year starter at cornerback and strong safety for coach Kendall Miller at Lakeview Centennial High School in Garland, Texas... made 69 tackles and intercepted four passes to earn unanimous All-District 10-6A first-team honors as a senior in 2016... helped team to a 7-3 regular season mark as a senior leading Patriots to a Region II-6A area finals... it was the Patriots' first postseason appearance in 21 seasons... also a regional finalist on Lakeview Centennial High's 4x200-meter relay team in the spring of 2016... an All-District 11-6A second-team selection as a junior in 2015... competed in the 4x100-meter, 4x200-meter and 4x400-meter relays for three seasons in track & field...
