Quin Jones begins his first season as a graduate assistant coach for defensive linemen at Midwestern State in the spring of 2021.
Jones enjoyed a solid run as a two-year starter at linebacker at FCS Stephen F. Austin accounting for 68 tackles as a senior in 2019 following a 48-tackle campaign as a junior as one of two backers to start all 10 games for the Lumberjacks.
Jones started his collegiate career with a two-year run at East Mississippi Community College, a school once highlighted on Last Chance U. He helped the Lions to a two-year composite record of 22-2 including the 2017 NJCAA national championship and consecutive MACJC state titles.
