-completed 152 of 233 passes (.682) for 1,951 yards with 17 touchdowns and nine interceptions to lead the Lone Star Conference and rank seventh nationally in pass efficiency at 158.7
-ranked third in the LSC and 47th in Division II in rushing with 113 carries for 967 yards and 11 touchdowns, an average of 87.9 yards a game and 8.6 per carry.
-led the No. 1 offense in total offense (531.9 ypg) and scoring offense (48.6 ppg) in NCAA Division II.
-selected the Lone Star Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Oct. 24 for his game on Oct. 22 against Abilene Christian where he went 16-of-24 passing for 205 yards and three touchdowns and addedd 114 rushing yards on 10 carries with a TD.
-set the MSU record for single game pass efficiency with his 281.9 rating after completing 12-of-16 passes for 237 yards and four touchdowns against Angelo State. He also rushed for a season-high 134 yards and a touchdown on just six carries. His 371 total yards against the Rams were accomplished in only the first half.
-recorded three of the school's eight 200/100 games with 210 passing/113 rushing at Incarnate Word, 237 passing/134 rushing at Angelo and 205 passing/114 rushing against Abilene Christian.
-chalked up five 100-yard rushing games on the season (113 at Incarnate Word, 134 at Angelo State, 114 vs Abilene Christian, 110 vs West Texas A&M and 122 at Northeastern State).

Sophomore (2010)
-appeared in six games and made two starts at quarterback.
-completed 37 of 67 passes for 252 yards and a touchdown.
-showed athleticism rushing for 258 yards on 37 carries and two touchdowns from the quarterback position.
-completed 8-for-12 passes for 68 yards and rushed for 99 yards on 10 carries in first collegiate start - a 28-8 win over Northeastern State on Nov. 13, 2010.
-ran for 70 yards on 13 carries while completing 10-of-29 passes for 50 yards in a start against Washburn (Kan.) at the Kanza Bowl in Topeka on Dec. 4, 2010.


Redshirt Freshman (2009)
-appeared in five games as a reserve while showing versatility at running back, quarterback and wide receiver.
-rushed for 108 yards on five carries with two touchdowns and tallied one reception for 2 yards.
-scored first collegiate touchdown on a 38-yard run in a 43-16 win over Central Oklahoma on Oct. 24.
-burst for a 73-yard touchdown run as time expired in a 50-17 victory at Eastern New Mexico on Oct. 31.


Freshman (2008)
-served redshirt season.


At Arlington High School
-a two-year starter at quarterback for coach Scott Peach at Arlington (Texas) High School.
-earned All-District 8-5A first-team honors after rushing for 1,209 yards and passing for 1,008 more as a senior in 2007.
-garnered All-District 8-5A second-team accolades after rushing for 838 yards and passing for 1,528 yards and 10 touchdowns as a junior in 2006.
-competed in four seasons of track in the 4x100-meter relay and the high jump.
