Midwestern State Volleyball Specialty Training -- May 17-20, 2021

Midwestern State Volleyball hosts a series of specialty training sessions at D.L. Ligon Coliseum. Sessions are developed by MSU head coach Valerie Armstrong and taught by college experienced coaches and players.

Session 1: First Touch and Serve Receive (Monday, May 17 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.)
Session 2: Setting and Hitting (Tuesday, May 18 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.)
Session 3: Serving, Passing and Platform Work (Wednesday, May 19 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.)
Session 4: Ball Control and Game Play (Thursday, May 20 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.)

One Session: $40
Two Sessions: $60
Four Sessions: $100

Midwestern State Volleyball Ponies Camp -- June 7-9, 2021

Each camp is aimed at developing both individual skills and game play. Training will be balanced with each of these outcomes in mind.

Registration: $150 per camper

Each camp is aimed at developing both individual skills and game play. Training will be balanced with each of these outcomes in mind.

Midwestern State Volleyball ID Camp -- June 12, 2021

Midwestern State Volleyball hosts a one-day ID Camp for high school and junior college aged players at D.L. Ligon Coliseum. The camp is designed to give players a collegiate training experience highlighting the technical abilities identified with the Midwestern State program. Players will take part in technical exercises and games while working under the direction of the MSU coaching staff. Campers will also be able to ask the coaching staff questions about the college recruiting process.

Session 2: Setting and Hitting (Thursday, July 1 from 1-4 p.m.)
Session 3: Serving, Passing and Platform Work (Friday, July 2 from 9 a.m.-12:00 p.m.)
Session 4: Ball Control and Game Play (Friday, July 2 from 1-4 p.m.)
