At Midwestern State

Senior (2007)

• earned second-team Lone Star Conference South Division honors after starting 11 games at linebacker.
• fifth on squad with 43 tackles including 23 solo stops and three tackles for loss.
• recorded three interceptions, broke up two passes and forced two fumbles.
• had season-high eight tackles agaisnt West Texas A&M on Oct. 6, 2007.
• interecepted a pair of passes at Eastern New Mexico on Nov. 3, 2007.

Junior (2006)

• made 62 tackles (29 solo) while playing in each of the Mustangs’ 13 games and starting six.
• recorded 6.5 tackles for loss including 1.5 sacks while notching one quarterback hurry and a pass breakup.
• recorded a season-high 16 tackles (seven solo) at Northwest Missouri State on Nov. 25, 2006.
• came on strong late in the season and recorded 48 tackles over the final five games of the season (9.6 a contest).

At Cisco Junior College

• earned all-conference recognition as a two-year starter middle linebacker.
• played for current East Central University coach Kurt Nichols.

At Lee High School

• a two-sport star at Midland (Texas) Lee High School.
• earned all-district honors as a two-year starter at middle linebacker for coach Joe Parchman’s Rebels.
• earned all-state accolades as a pitcher as a two-year starter on the diamond.
