a three-year starter at linebacker for coach Eric Edwards at Midlothian Heritage High School... accounted for 353 career tackles with 36 stops for loss, 6.5 sacks and three defensive touchdowns... a two-time District 9-4A Defensive MVP... earned Texas Sportswriters' Association (TSWA) Class 4A second-team All-State honors as a senior in 2019 finishing the campaign with 138 tackles including 13.5 stops for loss, one interception, two fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles... led Jaguars to UIL Texas Class 5A state quarterfinals as a senior in 2019... amassed 117 tackles with 14.5 stops for loss while helping MHHS to the regional round of the playoffs as a junior in 2018... named an All-District 6-4A first-team performer as an inside linebacker as a sophomore in 2017 making 95 tackles with eight stops for loss while helping the Jaguars to the regional semifinals in the UIL playoffs... once made 19 tackles in a single game... helped Midlothian Heritage High to district titles in 2017 and 2018... also competed in wrestling at MHHS... a member of the National Honor Society...
