competed in four games as a reserve defensive back... made three tackles including two solo stops with a pass breakup in four games... made season high three tackles and broke up a pass in MSU's 52-10 win over Western New Mexico (10/30)... also appeared in games against Eastern New Mexico (9/25), Texas A&M-Kingsville (10/9) and Tarleton State (10/23)...

At North Forney High School

a three-year starter at cornerback for coach Randy Jackson at North Forney (Texas) High School... made 20 tackles in five games as a senior in 2018 including 14 solo stops and three tackles for loss including two interceptions, three pass breakups and a fumble recovery... helped Falcons to the UIL Texas Class 5A regional semifinals with a 10-3 record as a junior in 2017 finishing campaign with 88 tackles including 16 solo stops and five tackles for loss to go along with three interceptions and two pass breakups... made 24 tackles in four varsity games as a sophomore in 2016 including 13 solo stops with two interceptions, three pass breakups and one forced fumble... also competed three track & field seasons in the long and triple jumps...
