• led Northern California Football Association in rushing with 1,450 yards on 243 carriers and 14 touchdowns.

• led Redwoods in receiving with 20 catches for 141 yards and a touchdown.

• rated second in the NCFA in rushing with 1,384 yards on 207 attempts and 12 touchdowns.
• averaged 6.7 yards per carry and 138.4 yards per game.
• caught 22 passes for 213 yards and two touchdowns.
• second in the league with 189.9 all-purpose yards a game.

At Seminole High School

• earned all-conference honors as a three-year starter for coach Sam Roper at Seminole (Fla.) High School.
• a four-year starter at point guard in basketball.
