played in nine games and made one start at rover... accumulated 12 tackles including seven solo stops and one quarterback hurry... made a season-high three tackles at Tarleton State (11/2)... accounted for two tackles in three games against Texas A&M-Commerce (10/12), Texas A&M-Kingsville (10/19) and West Texas A&M (11/16)... made first collegiate start at rover against Texas A&M-Commerce (10/12)...

Freshman (2018)

served redshirt season...

At Ennis High School

a three-year letterwinner starting two seasons at safety for coach Jack Alvarez at Ennis (Texas) High School... a unanimous All-District 17-5A selection at safety helping Lions to a district title and on to the second round of the UIL playoffs as a senior in 2017... had breakout junior campaign finishing with 59 tackles with a sack, two interceptions, two forced fumbles and two recoveries to help EHS to a District 17-5A co-championship in 2016... a reserve that helped Ennis High to bi-district showing as a sophomore in 2015... two-sport standout was a two-time all-district pick in baseball earning first-team honors as a junior and was a second-team pick as a senior... the Lions advanced to the playoffs both years...
