Two-way player for the Mustangs, making 24 starts in the circle and 38 starts overall…posted an 11-11 mark with a 3.93 ERA and a save over 133.2 innings pitched while striking out 157…held opposing hitters to a .208 average, the sixth lowest in single-season history…her 8.21 strikeouts per 7.0 innings were the second-best career numbers in team history…recorded four shutouts…ranks ninth all-time with 158 strikeouts while her 157 this season were the fourth-most in the LSC and 11th-best in single-season history…fanned at least seven in nine consecutive starts…threw five one-hitters…reached double-digit strikeouts in four games, fanning a season-high 13 in the win over Eastern New Mexico, allowing one run on three hits over 7.0 innings…hit .253 with two doubles, four homers and 17 RBI (4/26)…slugged at a .407 clip…matched the single-game RBI record with a 3-for-4, 7 RBI day in the season opener against Southern Nazarene, hitting a pair of homers (2/1)…went 2-for-3 with five RBI and tossed a one-hit shutout with seven strikeouts in a win over Cameron (2/23)…went 3-for-3 with 3 RBI in the season-finale against ENMU (4/27)…
Junior (2018)
saw action in 19 games, making 14 starts…hit .262 with two doubles, an RBI and two runs scored…went 2-for-3 with a run scored against Emporia State on Feb. 4…collected three hits in a 3-for-4 performance against Cameron on March 16.
Sophomore (2017)
played in 39 games making 36 starts at second base... hit .220 (20-for-91) with a double, four homers and 15 RBI... logged multiple hits in four games... drove in 2-or-more runs three times... collected hits in four of her first six games of the season including a campaign-best three-game hitting streak from Feb. 8-11... launched first homer of the season -- a solo shot -- going 2-for-2 against Southwestern Oklahoma (Feb. 10)... connected on homers in back-to-back games at Texas A&M-Kingsville (Feb. 25) and Eastern New Mexico (March 3)... drilled a game-tying, 3-run homer in the bottom of the seventh inning on March 3rd against Eastern New Mexico to finish 2-for-5 with three RBI... launched a three-run homer in the fifth inning of a 6-2 win over Western New Mexico (March 31)... committed nine errors in 135 chances at second base for a .933 fielding percentage...
Freshman (2016)
made 37 starts at second base and one at designated hitter in 42 appearances as a true freshman... hit .224 with 24 hits, 23 runs and 19 RBI, finishing with seven doubles and three home runs to her stat line... hit a home run in her first career game with a shot to right field in the fifth inning in a win over Western New Mexico (Jan. 29)... went 3-for-5 with two RBI and one run scored in a victory over McKendree (Ill.) (Feb. 6) at the Gulf Coast Invitational... went 1-for-1 with a two-run home run to finish with three RBI, two runs scored, a walk and sacrifice fly in a 17-2 run-rule of Colorado State-Pueblo (Feb. 14) at the WT Invitational... matched a season-best three RBI during a 2-for-4 performance with one double, home run and sac fly in a series finale win at Eastern New Mexico (Feb. 27)... delivered a walk-off single in the eighth inning for a 5-4 victory over Oklahoma Panhandle State (Jan. 29) at the season-opening Lady Chap Invitational... recorded a .913 fielding percentage with 83 putouts, 53 assists and 13 errors at second base...
At Clear Falls High School
a four-year letter winner competing for coaches Lauren Gustartis and Kimberly Partin at Clear Falls High in League City, Texas... led Knights to UIL State Playoff appearances in each of her four prep seasons, reaching the regional quarterfinal round in 2012... gained All-District 24-6A honorable mention as a senior in 2015 and All-District 24-5A honorable mention as a junior in 2014... earned All-District 24-5A second team honors as a freshman and sophomore... a standout pitcher throughout high school career... named team MVP in each of her freshman and senior campaigns... member of the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS), Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) and the Spanish Club...
