played in eight games making three starts at left defensive end... closed campaign with 21 total tackles including 10 solo stops, 4.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, seven quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles and a pass breakup... had stellar collegiate debut finishing with season-best six tackles with two strip sacks in a 43-22 win at Western New Mexico (10/1)... had five tackles and was in on a sack against Eastern New Mexico (11/12)... made two tackles including one for loss, forced a fumble and had a quarterback hurry in a 76-21 rout of UT-Permian Basin (10/29)... made three stops with a quarterback hurry against West Texas A&M (10/22)...

Freshman (2015)
served redshirt season... made two tackles to help Maroon to a 38-31 win over Gold in the 2016 Maroon vs. Gold Spring Game...

At Duncanville High School
a three-year letter winner and two-year starter for coach Jeff Dicus at Duncanville (Texas) High School... an All-District 8-6A second-team performer as a senior in 2014... gained All-District 7-5A honorable mention as a junior in 2013... accounted for 20 career sacks and 25 tackles for loss...
