At Ventura College

Sophomore (2012)
- played in nine games at free safety for coach Steve Mooshagian at Ventura.
- helped Ventura post a perfect regular season record and 10-1 overall mark before losing in the Beach Bowl to Bakersfield.
- snared two pass interceptions with no returns and broke up seven passes as a sophomore.
- totaled 31 tackles, with 17 solo.
- recorded1.5 tackles for losses (-6), including a quarterback sack for -4 yards.
- also collected one fumble recovery.
- was the Northern Conference Defensive Player of the week on Nov. 5, 2012 after his 10 tackle performance (that included all of his tackles for losses and sack) against Pasadena City College as the Pirates clinched a 10-0 regular season for the first time in school history.
- returned three kickoffs for 90 yards, including a long return of 73 yards against Bakersfield in the Beach Bowl (did not score).
- returned one punt for 12 yards.

At Lyman High School

- an all-conference performer for coach Bill Caughell.
- led Seminole County with six interceptions as a defensive back.
- recorded 47 tackles with five pass breakups and a forced fumble as a senior.
- was also a member of the Lyman High track team.
