Junior (2015)
- appeared in five games as a reserve linebacker.
- accounted for five tackles including one solo stop and an interception.
- made season-high three tackles and intercepted a pass in a season opening 31-3 win over Truman State (9/5).
- had two tackles and broke up a pass in a 29-20 win over No. 6 Angelo State (10/3).

Sophomore (2014)
- competed in five games as a reserve running back.
- rushed for 30 yards on 10 carries scoring two touchdowns.
- ran for season-high 22 yards on four carries including a 1-yard scoring run in a 71-13 rout of McMurry on Oct. 18.
- scored on a 2-yard run to give MSU a 10-7 lead with 5:39 to play in the first half at Texas A&M-Kingsville on Nov. 1.
- made one catch for 17 yards against Angelo State on Oct. 4.

Redshirt Freshman (2013)
- played in two games for the Mustangs in an extremely deep backfield and performed on demonstration units.
- got his first collegiate action against McMurry, rushing for 20 yards on eight carries with a long run of 10 yards.
- scored his first collegiate touchdown on a seven-yard run against Menlo (Calif.) as part of his 27 yards on six carries against the Oaks.

Freshman (2012)
- served redshirt season

At Nimitz High School
- earned first-team All-District 6-5A as a senior for coach Steven Hohenberger at Irving Nimitz.
- rushed for 728 yards on 103 carries in first four football games he ever played.
- rushed for over 1,100 yards with 10 touchdowns on the season.
- played only soccer until his senior year of high school.
- named Vikings Offensive MVP as a senior.
