- improved each out in the 5,000-meter run logging a 21:00.71 at the Central Indoor Invitaitonal (1/26), a 20:43.90 at the Oklahoma Baptist Invitaitonal (2/9) and a 20:26.91 at the Lone Star Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/24).
- logged a 3,000-meter time of 12:49.37 at the Texas Tech Indoor Open on Jan. 12.
Outdoor Season
- appeared in three meets competing in the 3,000- and 5,000-meter runs.
- claimed a fifth-place finish in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 12:19.33 at the Kansas Relays (4/18).
- finished ninth with an outdoor season best time of 21:14.34 in the 5,000-meter run at the North Texas Spring Classic (4/6).
- logged a 5,000-meter time of 23:33.55 at the Lone Star Confrence Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/3).
At Jeff West High School
- a three-year letterwinner in track and cross country for coach John Riley.
- finished 15th at State in 2010 and 17th in 2011 in Cross Country.
- finished 8th at state in 2010 in the 2 mile in track.
- All League Champion in the 2 mile in 2012.
- finished 8th at State in the 2 mile and 10th in the mile in 2012.
- helped JWHS to a Cross Country League Championship in 2009.
- member of the National Honor Society.
