Junior (2013)
- played in all 10 games for MSU, starting seven at defensive end.
- accounted for 16 total tackles on the season (five unassisted).
- second on the team with 3.5 tackles for losses (-11 yards), with one quarterback sack (-7 yards).
- posted a season-high four tackles in the Comcast SportsNet Houston regionally televised win against Texas A&M-Kingsville.
- collected only quarterback sack and forced a fumble when taking down Texas A&M-Commerce's Tyrik Rollison for a seven-yard loss.
- put up three tackles against No. 25 West Texas A&M.

Sophomore (2012)
- played in all 11 games, starting nine at defensive end.

-a three-year letter winner and two-year starter at defensive end and tight end for coach Derek Fitzhenry at Giddings (Texas) High School.
-gained District 25-3A Defensive MVP honors after making 36 tackles with two sacks and a fumble recovery as a senior in 2009.
-helped Buffaloes to a district championship and a Texas Class 3A state semifinalist berth during junior campaign of 2008.
-earned three track & field letters as a high jumper.
