At Midwestern State

Senior (2013)
- started eight and played in all 10 games for the Mustangs at free safety.
- named second team All-Lone Star Conference for his performance.
- third on the MSU tackle chart with 64 total stops and second on the team with 37 unassisted tackles. Posted 2.5 tackles for losses of 14 yards.
- recovered two fumbles, forced two fumbles and broke up one pass.
- named Lone Star Conference Defensive Player of the Week against Angelo State after scooping up an ASU fumble at the MSU 10 and returning it 90 yards for a second quarter touchdown in the Mustangs 49-43 win. He also recorded four tackles.
- Tallied three games of 10 or more tackles during the season.
- Secured his career-high with 13 tackles (nine unassisted) in the season opener against Tarleton State in the Lone Star Football Festival at AT&T Stadium, while forcing two fumbles and recovering one.
- Put up 10 tackles in about one half against McMurry and added 10 stops (nine solo) at Eastern New Mexico.

Junior (2012)
- First team All-Lone Star Conference safety for the Mustangs, playing in all 11 games, starting 10 (didn't start first game).
- selected third team Don Hansen All-Super Region 4.
- led MSU in tackles (with LB Gadrian Muse) with 71 total stops, while leading the team with 44 unassisted tackles.
- recorded 2.5 tackles for losses (-12 yards) with two forced fumbles.
- only interception of the season was picking off West Texas A&M's Dustin Vaughn at the MSU 19 to secure a LSC Championship for the Mustangs with eight seconds left to beat No. 12 WT 52-48.
- recorded five other pass breakups.
- posted a season-high 12 tackles with a forced fumble against Angelo State the game after tallying 11 tackles with a forced fumble (that led to the go-ahead TD) at No. 18 West Alabama.

At Bakersfield College

Sophomore (2011)
- selected first-team All-National Division Northern Conference at cornerback for coach Jeff Chudy at Bakersfield College.
- fourth on team with 70 total tackles, 50 solo stops.
- intercepted two passes, returning one for a 40-yard touchdown
- broke up eight passes and forced one fumble.
- returned eight kickoffs for 179 yard, a 22.4 average, with a long of 42 yards.
- also had one rush for 47 yards and a touchdown.

Freshman (2010)
- played in six games as a receiver at BC.
- caught six passes fo 129 yards, averaging 21.5 yards a reception and 21.5 yards per game.

At West High School

- named to the All-Southwest Yosemite League team in the defensive backfield for coach Chad Grider at West High School in Bakersfield, Calif.
- tallied 58 total tackles with 30 solos as a senior.
- intercepted three passes with 24 return yards, recovered a fumble with a 19-yard return and blocked a kick.
- returned 14 kickoffs for 270 yards with a long of 75 yards.
- caught 23 passes for 359 yards and five touchdowns with a long of 46 yards.
