Junior (2012)
- played in all 11 games as a reserve linebacker for the Mustangs.
- ranked 10th on the Mustangs tackle chart with 33 stops (3.0 per game).
- recorded 3.0 tackles for loss (-11 yards), with 2.0 quarterback sacks (-3 yards) and a forced fumble.
- posted back-to-back games of eight tackles, first against Eastern New Mexico, then at No. 12 West Texas A&M in the Mustangs LSC Championship clinching win.

At East Central Community College

Sophomore (2011)
- earned second-team NJCAA All-America for coach Brian Anderson.
- first-team All-Region 23 and first-team All-State.
- ranked third in Mississippi and 16th in NJCAA with 100 tackles, including 71 solos.
- posted 9.0 tackles for losses and 3.0 sacks.
- forced five fumbles and recovered three including one for a touchdown.
- captain of the team and named Warriors Most Valuable Defensive Player.
- named MACJC Defensive Player of the Week five times and once as the Offensive Player of the Week.
- recorded 16 carries for 103 yards and three touchdowns agains Southwest Mississippi, marking the first time he carried the ball since high school.

Freshman (2010)
- named NJCAA All-America honorable mention as a true freshman.
- selected first-team All-Region 23 and first-team All-State.
- ranked second nationally in the NJCAA with 126 total tackles, including 78 solos in nine games, setting a school record.
- tallied 10 tackles for losses and 5.5 quarterback sackes with two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
- recorded 17 tackles including four TFLs to earn NJCAA Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 9, 2010 against Northwest Mississippi CC.


At Scott Central High School

- selected first-team Mississippi Association of Coaches All-State Class 2A at linebacker as a senior.
- named All-Region 5-2A Co-Player of the Year for Scott Central and coach Mickey Bounds.
- rushed for 1,092 yards on 130 carries with 19 touchdowns as a senior, averaging 8.4 yards a carry and 109.2 yards a game.
- collected 39 tackles as a senior, with a sack, one interception, two fumble recoveries and a blocked kick.
