- competed in six meets logging countable finishes on three occasions.
- earned a spot on the top travel squad after logging a seventh-place overall finish with a 5K time of 20:30.30 at the East Central Tiger Chase.
- contributed a countable finish with a season-best 6K time of 23:45.80 at the Rim Rock Farm Collegiate Classic hosted by the University of Kansas. The Mustangs took eighth as a team finishing ahead of NCAA Division I Nebraska and Texas Tech.
- finished ninth with a 6K time of 23:52.94 at the MSU Cross Country Carnival on Oct. 6, 2012.
