- placed 22nd with a season-best 6K time of 23:58.30 at the Lone Star Conference Championships on Oct. 26, 2013 in Portales, N.M.
- finished 12th at the 6K MSU Cross Country Carnival with a time of 24:20.10 onOct. 12, 2013.
- paced a 20:17.01 in lone 5K outing of the season at the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree on Sept. 28, 2013.

Sophomore (2012)
- competed in five meets recording team countable times in each outing.
- ran personal 5K record time of 19:07.37 at the Missouri Southern Stampede (9/15).
- finished 78th individually at the Rim Rock Farm Collegiate Classic hosted by the University of Kansas posting a season-best 6K time of 23:25.10 helping the Mustangs to an eighth-place team showing edging NCAA Division I Nebraska and Texas Tech.
- helped MSU to a perfect team score of 15 taking a fifth-place individual finish at the season opening 4K Strohman Dental/MSU Stampede with a time of 14:56.91.
- placed 19th at the Lone Star Conference Championships covering the 6K course in 23:37.00.

Freshman (2011)
- competed in six meets recording team countable times in each outing.
- played a key role in helping the Mustangs to a fourth consecutive LSC championship, their first South Central Region title and 11th-place showing at the NCAA Division II Championships.
- placed 16th overall at the Lone Star Conference Championship on Oct. 22, 2011 in San Angelo, Texas with a personal best 6K time of 23:25.00.
- finished 56th overall with a 6K time of 23:35.80 at the NCAA II South Central Regionals on Nov. 5, 2011 in Wichita Falls.
- was 143rd overall at the NCAA II Championship covering the snow covered course in Spokane, Wash. in 24:26.10 on Nov. 18, 2011.
- placed fourth overall in collegiate debut at the MSU Stampede finishing the 4K course in 14:42.00.

At Sir Winston Churchill C&VI
- a four-sport standout at Sir Winston Chuchill Collegiate and Vocational Institute in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
- earned three cross country letters leading the Trojans to a Northwestern Ontario Secondary Schools Athletic Association (NWOSSAA) and Superior Secondary School Athletic Association (SSSAA) team titles in 2011.
- placed second individually at the NWOSSA and SSSAA meets as a junior and senior in 2010 and 2011.
- claimed bronze medals in the 1500- and 800-meter events at the NWOSSA and SSSAA meets as a junior in 2010.
- won an SSSAA mixed doubles tennis title as a senior in 2011.
- also competed as a guard on the basketball court.
- served as a peer leader and was on the honor roll for each of four prep years.
