Biography

At Midwestern State

Senior (2009-10)

  • appeared in 30 games and made 12 starts at the forward position.
  • averaged 7.4 points and 4.6 rebounds a game while fighting through leg injuries throughout most of the season.
  • scored at least 10 points in nine of 11 games from Nov. 28, 2009 at St. Mary's (Texas) to Feb. 3, 2010 at Tarleton State.
  • hit 6-of-7 shots to finish with a season-high 16 points in a 66-49 win on Feb. 3, 2010 at Tarleton State.
  • pulled in at least seven rebounds in nine games.
  • great presence in the lane was fourth in the LSC with 1.5 blocks per game.
  • had at least three blocks and seven games and notched five on four occasions.

At Bradley University

Junior (2007-08)

  • appeared in 29 games and started four at forward while averaging 9.4 minutes per contest.
  • averaged 2.2 points and 2.1 rebounds while shooting 59.5 percent from the field.

At Northeastern Junior College

Sophomore (2006-07)

  • helped Northeastern to a seventh-place finish in the 2007 NJCAA Division I national tournament.
  • earned first-team NJCAA All-Region IX accolades after averaging 13.1 points and 7.4 rebounds per game.
  • led Plainsmen to the national tournament by contributing 29 points and seven rebounds in Northeastern's 79-72 win over Northwest Wyoming in the semifinals of the Region IX tournament, then hit for 14 points and 11 rebounds in the 90-77 victory over Casper in the championship game.
  • helped Northeastern to a 62-6 (.912) record during his two junior college seasons.

Freshman (2005-06)

  • one of two players to start all 34 games during Northeastern's 2005-06 season.
  • averaged 8.6 points and 5.3 rebounds during his freshman season.

At Etiwanda High School

  • averaged 8.8 points and 6.0 rebounds as a senior at Etiwanda High School in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.
  • helped EHS to a 62-5 record (.925) during final two seasons of his prep career.
  • played with four other Division I signees including David Carter (UC-Davis), Marcus Carter (Portland State), Darren Collison (UCLA) and Jeff Pendergraph (Arizona State).
