At Midwestern State

Junior (2013)

- started all 10 games for the Mustangs at cornerback.
- was sixth on the team with 31 total tackles, 17 unassisted.
- collected three interceptions on the season for 33 yards in returns, ranking third in the Lone Star Conference in pickoffs.
- brokeup five passes to rank seventh in the LSC in passes defended with eight (0.80 per game).
- forced two fumbles, recovered one fumble and blocked a point-after-touchdown kick (vs McMurry).
- top game was the season opener against Tarleton State in the Lone Star Football Festival at AT&T Stadium, recording a career-best seven tackles (five solo) with an interception.
- intercepted a pass, returning it 15 yards that set up a Midwestern touchdown in the Mustangs Comcast SportsNet Houston regionally televised win against Texas A&M-Kingsville.
- intercepted a pass against No. 8 West Alabama that set up the Mustangs final points in the 45-21 MSU Homecoming win.
- tallied six tackles against Eastern New Mexico.

Sophomore (2012)
- played in all 11 games in the secondary for the Mustangs.
- snared two interceptions for the season in the first two games of the year.
- picked off a pass in the nationally televised game against Texas A&M-Commerce at Cowboys Stadium and returned it 12 yards for a touchdown.
- also had an oskie at Tarleton State.
- tallied 21 tackles on the season as a reserve cornerback, with two pass breakups in addition to the interceptions.
- recorded four tackles each in the Mustangs LSC Championship clinching win at No. 12 West Texas A&M and against A&M-Commerce.

Freshman (2011)
-played in seven games as a reserve cornerback for the Mustangs as a true freshman.
-tallied 16 total tackles, including 10 unassisted.
-picked up his lone pass breakup in his collegiate debut on Sept. 10, 2011 at Missouri S&T.
-chalked up five tackles, with two solos, in the 63-17 win over Texas A&M-Commerce at Cowboys Stadium on Sept. 17, 2011.
-picked up four tackles in the 37-34 win at Northeastern State on Nov. 12, 2011 that made a perfect regular season for the Mustangs.



At William B. Travis High School

-a three-year starter for coach Randy Cunningham at William B. Travis High School in Richmond, Texas.
-a first-team All-District 23-5A pick following senior season of 2010.
-earned all-district honorable mention as a sophomore and junior in 2008 and 2009.
-named a Schuman's Top 100 Prospect following junior campaign.
-twice named Travis High's defensive MVP.
-an A-B Honor Roll student.
