This week's Stang Gang Podcast features an in-depth look at Midwestern State Women's Soccer with head coach Ryan Spence.

Midwestern State is 6-1-0 overall and has opened up the conference campaign with a 2-0-0 record following a pair of 2-1 wins. The first victory in LSC play came at Lubbock Christian as freshman Madison Brinkley and Tyler Junior College transfer Nyxalee Munoz scored for the Mustangs. Munoz scored her second game-winning goal in the 84th minute. The veteran Mustangs came through against UT Tyler at Stang Park against UT Tyler. Senior Lexi Beck had a goal and an assist, while Cassidy Savoy scored her fourth goal of the season and her second game-winning goal off a corner kick in the 84th minute.  This week, Midwestern State visits Texas Woman's on Wednesday and hosts Angelo State on Saturday. The match at Pioneer Soccer Park on Wednesday night kicks off at 7 p.m. The Rambelles are at Stang Park for a 4 p.m. match on Saturday afternoon.
