This week's Stang Gang Podcast features an in-depth look at Midwestern State Women's Soccer with head coach Ryan Spence and associate head coach Len Smith.

Midwestern State is No. 8 in the nation after improving its record to 11-0-1 with a 2-1 win over Oklahoma Christian and a 2-0 triumph at St. Edward's last week. It's the highest ranking ever for the MSU women's soccer program. The Mustangs have 10 clean sheets and have outscored their opponents 30-2. Lexi Gonzales leads the team with six goals, and Sloane Sullivan has five assists. Lauren Short has a 0.17 goals-against average with nine shutouts and one combined shutout this season. Midwestern State is on the road at West Texas A&M on Wednesday night and returns to Stang Park on Saturday for an 11 a.m. game with Sul Ross State.
