Head coach Rich Renner breaks down the Mustangs as they pursue a Lone Star Conference championship.

With the off week behind them, the Midwestern State Mustangs hone in on the conference campaign as Eastern New Mexico visits for the Family Weekend matchup at Memorial Stadium on Saturday night. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m.

The Mustangs have been able to moved the ball, especially through the air this season. MSU is ranked ninth among NCAA Division II programs in passing offense. However, the Mustangs are only scoring 16 points per game.

Midwestern State looks to improve in the red zone and cut down on costly mistakes in order to right the ship against the Greyhounds, who are also seeking their first win of the season.
