WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS – Midwestern State athletics announces "Maroon Week: Presented by All Star Ford Wichita Falls" ahead of busy home schedule the week of Sept. 28 through Oct. 3. All four home games for the Mustangs will feature a promotional giveaway for the first 250 fans for each event.

Midwestern State Volleyball kicks things off with a midweek match against West Texas A&M on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 6 p.m. The Mustangs will meet the Lady Buffs of West Texas A&M as both teams are at the beginning of conference play. The first 250 fans in attendance will receive an MSU x Pepsi lanyard, while supplies last (doors open one hour prior to first serve). MSU comes off back-to-back road conference victories over Western New Mexico (3-0) and Sul Ross State (3-1), to move to 2-0 in Lone Star Conference play. Midwestern State begins a three-game homestand playing St. Edward's (Sept. 25, 6 p.m.), St. Mary's (Sept. 3 p.m.), and wrapping up the streak of home matches against West Texas A&M.
 
 
The next day, No. 21 Midwestern State Women's Soccer will entertain the Eagles of Oklahoma Christian on Wednesday, Sept. 30, beginning at 7 p.m. Fans attending the match will receive an MSU x Pepsi drink koozie, limited to the first 250 fans. At the time of writing, Women's Soccer debuted in the IWSOC/USC national poll at No. 21, holding an 8-0-0 record. The Mustangs are yet to concede a goal this season and lead the nation in goal differential (+24). MSU play at home prior to the Maroon Night game against Oklahoma Christian, welcoming No. 12 Texas Woman's to Stang Park on Saturday, Sept. 26, 7 p.m.
 

Then, Maroon Week concludes on Saturday, Oct. 3, with a football and men's soccer doubleheader. Football begins the action with a 2 o'clock kickoff at Memorial Stadium against #17 Western Oregon. The first 250 fans will receive an MSU x Pepsi Reversible Bucket Hat (while supplies last). The Mustangs lit up the scoreboard during their last game at Memorial Stadium, beating Western New Mexico (84-17), setting a school record for points scored. The Mustangs travel to Canyon, Texas to face West Texas A&M on Saturday, Sept. 26, 7 p.m., before returning to Wichita Falls.
 

Lastly, #6 Men's Soccer closes out Maroon Week when they face Oklahoma Christian under the lights at Stang Park, Saturday, Oct. 3 at 7 p.m. Fans attending the match will receive an MSU x Pepsi drink koozie, limited to the first 250 fans. The regaining national champions are in the hunt to defend its Lone Star Conference title, beginning conference play on Wednesday, Sept. 23. At the time of writing, men's soccer remain unbeaten with a record of 6-0-2. The Mustangs play their first conference home match on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 12 p.m. against Texas A&M International.
