The Eastern New Mexico Greyhounds went on eight touchdown drives and dominated the football game with their ground game as they handed Midwestern State a 56-31 defeat at Memorial Stadium on Saturday night.

ENMU rushed for 453 of its 638 yards of total offense, and Chad Ragle completed all four passes for 185 yards and two touchdowns.

The Mustangs offense was more than effective as quarterback Jakolby Longino threw for 350 yards, and running back Kenji Johnson rushed for 139 yards. Demonte Greene caught six passes for 168 yards and two touchdowns, including a 65-yard strike.

Midwestern State won't find things any easier this week as they travel to Odessa for a showdown with UT Permian Basin, which boasts the highest-scoring team in the conference and the stingiest defense.
