Cedonyae Lott was named as the second-team return specialist on the 2025 D2CCA All-Super Region 4 football team.
Lott was a two-time LSC Special Teams Player of the Week and was also the D2 Football.com Special Teams Player of the Week after a game-winning 69-yard punt return in a 31-24 victory over Texas A&M-Kingsville. Lott's first career touchdown was the longest punt return for Midwestern State since 2007.
The following week, Lott returned a punt 58 yards for a touchdown and finished with more than 200 all-purpose yards in a 69-23 win at Sul Ross State.
In the season finale, Lott caught 11 passes for 284 yards and four touchdowns in a 70-23 victory at Western New Mexico and was named the LSC Offensive Player of the Week.
Lott led the conference with 1,096 all-purpose yards this season and was sixth in receiving with 38 receptions for 659 yards. Lott finished the campaign with a team-leading nine touchdowns and was eighth in the league with 54 points.
