WICHITA FALLS, Texas – It's an all -Midwestern State doubles final at the ITA DII Men's South Central Regional Championships   on Saturday afternoon at MSU Tennis Center. Germano Setti and Matthew Earle will take on teammates Bruno Sanchez and Juan David Duque for a berth in the ITA Cup later this month.

Setti and Earle are the No. 4 seed in the 32-team draw and eliminated the fifth-seeded pairing of Kelly Giese and Pablo Segura of Lubbock Christian in the quarterfinals, 8-5. Setti and Earle punched their ticket for the final when the LCU duo of Jordan Georgiev and Andres De Los Rios Kolejewska were unable to play due to an injury.

Duque and Sanchez upended the third-seeded pairing of Mattia Gheden and Marco Seccia from Lubbock Christian in the quarterfinals, 8-5, and proved too much for Cameron's sixth-seeded pairing of Noe Milliard and Lukas Janousek in the semifinals, winning the match, 8-2.

Duque, the No. 12 seed, defeated Seccia in the third round of singles on Friday, 6-2, 2-6, 6-3, and gave the top-seeded Giese a battle in the quarterfinals, but the Chaparral advanced with a 7-6 (4), 6-0 victory.

Giese meets his teammate De Los Rios Kolejewska, the No. 14 seed, in the semifinals on Saturday morning. De Los Rios Kolejewska snuck past the ninth-seeeded Setti in the quarterfinals, 7-6 (4), 6-4.

Bruno Sanchez, the No. 5-seed in the 64-player draw, was defeated by 11th-seeded Malo Poulesquen of UT Tyler in the Round of 16.
