EDMOND, Oklahoma -- Seth Bearden and Robert Garcia turned in identical scores in each of the first two rounds Monday in the Oak Tree Invitational to help the Mustangs into third place at Oak Tree Country Club.

The duo heads into Tuesday's final round in a tie for 10th on the individual leader board carding scores of 73 and 74 for a 7-over total of 147.

Ironically, Keaton Dickens and Gatlin Goad accomplished the same feat by marking matching scores of 75 and 76 for an 11-over 151.

All four golfers provided countable scores for Midwestern State which logged team totals of 296 and 300 for a 36-over 596.

MSU trails Central Oklahoma (300-280 580/+20) and Oklahoma City (305-287 592/+32) on the team leader board.

UCO's Jordan Wilson is the tournament leader through 36 holes, chasing an opening round 76 with an opening day low score of 65 to finish with a 1-over total of 141. He lead by one stroke over UT Tyler's Seth Campbell (69-73 142/+2) and two strokes over Oklahoma City's Lorenzo Santinelli (76-67 143) and teammate Kyle Hickey (73-70 143).

Midwestern State's Trevor Walsh is tied for 69th after carding scores of 78 and 83 in the opening two rounds for a 21-over total of 161.

The final round begins with a shotout start Tuesday morning at 9 a.m.
