WICHITA FALLS, Texas -- Midwestern State's Lone Star Conference game against Western Oregon has been moved up an hour due to forecasted inclement weather Saturday night at Memorial Stadium.
The Mustangs and Wolves are now set to kick off at 6 p.m.

Midwestern State looks to snap a two-game skid after falling to Lone Star Conference front-running Angelo State (44-7) and Central Washington (42-21) in the past two weeks to fall to 3-5 overall and to 2-4 in league play.
Junior quarterback
Matthew Duncan threw for a season-high 159 yards on 8-of-13 passes with three touchdowns, while running for 36 yards on eight carries last week at Central Washington after coming on in relief of stater
Andrew Knebel, who connected on 6-of-8 passes for 50 yards with two interceptions.
Knebel leads MSU with 605 yards on 51-of-98 passing this season with four touchdowns.
Senior
Adam Johnson made two receptions for 90 yards, including a 77-yard touchdown on a slant rout last week at Central Washington to boost his season totals to 17 catches for 234 yards.
Sophomore
Demonte Greene, who has four TD receptions over the last four games, leads the team with 360 receiving yards on 17 catches, while junior
Justin White, Jr., has a team-high 27 receptions for 239 yards.
Junior
Devin Cross leads the Mustangs with 475 rushing yards on 78 carries this season, including a pair of 100-yard performance, while fellow junior
Jalen March has rushed for 335 yards on eight carries.
Senior safety
Larry Donnell leads the Mustangs' defensive efforts with 48 tackles and two interceptions, while senior linebacker
Braden Robinson has amassed 45 stops.
ABOUT THE SERIES | Midwestern State and Western Oregon meet for the fourth time on the gridiron Saturday night at Memorial Stadium. The Mustangs won the last two meetings, including a 33-6 win last season in Monmouth and a 26-21 victory in Wichita Falls during the 2022 campaign. Western Oregon claimed the first meeting between the programs by the score of 37-22 in 2019.
