WICHITA FALLS, Texas -- Alli Reily got off to an inauspicious start Monday morning in the Midwestern State Invitational played at the Wichita Falls Country Club.

But the junior from Pottsboro, Texas, shook off bogeys on her first two holes and went 1-under over the final 34 holes to move into a tie atop the individual leader board.

Reily registered a pair of birdies and 12 pars to finish the opening round with a 2-over 74, then used an eagle and four birdies to log her third par-or-better scores of the season with a 1-under 71.

Reily is tied for first with Southwestern Oklahoma State's Freya Sala (75-70) with 1-over totals of 145. The duo takes a one-stroke lead into Tuesday's final round over Savannah Dupre (73-73) of St. Mary's.

Reily can become the third MSU women's golfer to win a home tournament, joining Kendra Whittley in 2011 and Juanita Gomez in 2022.

Dupre lost in a three-hole playoff to Dallas Baptist's Olivia Mitchell in 2023.

MSU junior Kodi Nolen logged scores of 77 and 74 for a 7-over 151 to tie for 13th, while senior Makenna Henry (75-82) and freshman Mary Kerr (79-78) tied for 30th with 13-over totals of 157.

Senior Brecklyn Flanagan (83-81) is tied for 52nd with a 20-over total of 164, and sophomore Madison Wert (81-82) is tied for 50th with a 19-over tally of 163 to tie for 50th while playing as an individual only.

Midwestern State cobbled together team scores of 305 and 304 to move into fourth place with a 33-over, 36-hole total of 609.

The Mustangs trail St. Mary's (Texas) (595/+19), West Texas A&M (603/+27), and Odessa College (606/+30).

The final round of the Midwestern State Invitational begins with a shotgun start Tuesday morning at 8:30.
