Kaitlyn Masseth had 18 assists and 10 digs for the Mustangs. Rockelle Gholson (10 kills, 15 digs), and Sarah Glawe (26 assists, 13 digs) also earned double-doubles. Sarah Eakin had six blocks and a .242 hitting percentage in the loss.

Mallory Goon had 19 digs, and Hillary White finished with seven kills and 16 digs for Midwestern State. Each team won 96 points in the match.
