LAST MEETING | St. Edward's opened the match by hitting .531 in the first set on its way to a 25-11, 25-22, 25-21 victory over the Mustangs at the Recreation and Convocation Center on Oct. 30, 2021 in Austin. The Hilltoppers finished with a .314 attack percentage for the match. Lauryn Bourne led MSU with nine kills. Autumn Roach had 13 assists and 10 digs for the Mustangs. Regan Willms added 14 assists, and Amy DeWalt had a team-leading 13 digs in the loss.

LAST TIME OUT | Taylor Anderson put down a season-high 15 kills on 24 swings and hit .500 for Midwestern State, but TWU prevailed in the final match of the LSC Crossover at Kitty Magee Arena in Denton 20-25, 25-18, 25-15, 25-18. Aaliyah Burras had 14 kills for the Mustangs. MSU freshman Taygon Jones had 18 digs, and sophomore Amy Dewalt added 10. TWU had 11 blocks in the victory, while MSU had three in defeat.
