WICHITA FALLS, Texas -- Midwestern State Volleyball Summer Camp returns four events from July 25-29 at D.L. Ligon Coliseum.

The camps include:

Mini Mustangs | July 25-27

The camp is designed to introduce the sport of volleyball and focus on basic skills. The camp utilizes a volley-lite ball for the younger player to assist with easier skill development. Fun, game-like scenarios will also be introduced.

The camp is for athletes from grades 3-5 and runs from 9-11:30 a.m. at the Bruce and Graciela Redwine Student Wellness Center. The cost is $75 per camper.

Middle School Mustangs | July 25-27

Campers will revisit and review all basic skills. The staff will advance those skills according to age and skill level. The focus will be on position specific drills, and team concepts for offensive and defensive strategy.

The camp is for athletes from grades 6-8 and runs from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the Bruce and Graciela Redwine Student Wellness Center. The cost is $160 per camper. Lunch is provided.

Prospect Camp I & II | July 28 & 29

The Prospect Camp experience is for the high school age player that has also competed in club volleyball. College-level training and drills will be introduced. Elite skill concepts and team offensive and defensive strategies will be covered. This is a high energy camp where you will be surrounded with top level competition. The camp is great for the player who wants to train for college as well as the player who wants a great camp experience with a variety of skills heading into their high school season.

The camp is for athletes from grades 9-12 and runs from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the Bruce and Graciela Redwine Student Wellness Center. The cost is $125 per camper. Lunch is provided.
