WICHITA FALLS, Texas --Midwestern State hopes to follow up its 3-0 win over Cameron by upsetting Dallas Baptist at the Burg Center in Dallas as the two teams clash in a Lone Star Conference duel.

LAST MEETING | Regan Willms posted a double-double with 14 assists and 10 digs for the Mustangs in a 22-25, 16-25, 23-25 loss at the Burg Center in Dallas last season. Halee Van Poppel led the Patriots with 13 kills and 11 digs. Audrey Nunes had nine kills on 20 swings and hit .350 in the win for Dallas Baptist. Autumn Roach finished with 12 assists for the Mustangs, who hit .303 in the opening set but lost four of the final six points in the frame. Taylor Anderson had nine kills, and Lauryn Bourne finished with eight kills in the match. MSU finished the match with a .121 hitting percentage, while DBU hit .273 for the match. Amy DeWalt had a match-high 15 digs for the Mustangs. Aryn Walton (17) and Kayla Brock (14) combined for 31 of DBU's 34 assists in the victory. Alyssa Parks was in on 5 of 8 blocks for the Patriots. MSU had two blocks in the match.

LAST TIME OUT | Midwestern State ended a six-match slide with a 25-22, 25-19, 25-22 victory over Cameron at D.L. Ligon Coliseum on Saturday. Kelli Ell led the Mustangs with 12 kills on 26 attacks and hit .385 in the match.
