Scouting the Riverhawks
NSU journeys to Wichita Falls ranked No. 14 in the Oracle/ITA DII women's tennis rankings following a 20-5 campaign and a trip to the national quarterfinals last season…junior Tatjana Stoll enters the match ranked No. 33 in singles…Stoll is coming off a 21-3 season in 2018, all at the No. 1 flight with 10 wins against nationally ranked opponents…senior Mayra Jovic went 18-0 last season, going 6-0 at No. 2 and 12-0 at No. 3 singles…senior Karla Tomaic and Jovic paired off in doubles, earning a 15-7 record, going 6-4 at No. 1 and 9-3 at No. 2…

Linn Nears Win No. 300 in the Maroon and Gold
Scott Linn enters his ninth season at the helm of the men's and women's tennis programs, needing 26 wins for his 300th overall win at MSU Texas. The East Central graduate has posted a 274-124 (.688) combined record with the Mustangs, including a 143-62 (.698) mark with the women's program. He needs 230 wins to match Larry Wiggins (1995-2010) program record of 507.

MSU Texas Approaches 500th Program Win
Midwestern State is 14 wins away from its 500th win in program history. The Mustangs 486-328-3 (.597) would become the seventh MSU Texas program to eclipse the 500 win plateau.

What's Back
MSU Texas returns All-Americans Maddy Coffman and Ashley Ramirez along with Bianca Duff, Greta Lazzarotto and Ashley Ramirez for the 2019 campaign. The quintet have combined for a 157-67 (.701) record in their time with the Maroon and Gold in singles and a 209-37 (.850) record in doubles.

New Faces
The Mustangs added four new faces to the 2019 roster. Junior Lea Cizeron joins MSU Texas from Arkansas-Fort Smith. Freshman Casie Curry and sophomore Taylor Gray are hometown products out of Rider HS. Gray returns to Wichita Falls after spending a season at Missouri State. Junior Juliette Mary dons the Maroon and Gold after spending her first two seasons at Eastern Arizona.
