THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES
Sarah Stewart, Imani Morlock, and Michaelann Greenfield will be honored prior to Saturday's game against UT Tyler. The trio led MSU to a 30-39-9 record, three trips to the Lone Star Conference Tournament, and two appearances in the NCAA Tournament during their time donning the Maroon and Gold. The Mustangs also won the LSC Postseason Tournament in 2016.

COMING CLOSE
Nine of the Mustangs' 12 losses this season have been by one goal, including five of their last six losses. In fact, MSU has lost by one goal to five of the seven teams currently occupying a playoff spot in the Lone Star Conference.

SPENDING TIME WITH SPENCE
Ryan Spence opened his second season as the Head Coach of the Midwestern State Women's Soccer team with a 3-2 overtime win over New Mexico Highlands on September 6. In his first year in charge, the Mustangs finished 2-13-3 and 1-9-2 in Lone Star Conference action, earning a trip to the quarterfinals in the LSC Postseason Tournament.

SCOUTING THE PATRIOTS
UT Tyler has posted three straight shutouts wins following a season-high eight game losing streak. The Patriots upended Texas A&M International 2-0 on October 31 and blanked St. Mary's 2-0 on November 2, before blasting Oklahoma Christian 3-0 on Wednesday. UT Tyler has posted a 4-8 mark in their first season in the Lone Star Conference. Kaycee West and Mariah Harmon pace the squad with four goals apiece.
