WICHITA FALLS, Texas – Midwestern State welcomes Texas A&M-Commerce to Stang Park on Thursday night in the penultimate game of the season. Kickoff is 5 p.m.
SERIES HISTORY
Midwestern State holds a slight 19-18-6 edge over Texas A&M-Commerce. However, the Lions won both meetings last season and have posted a 5-2-1 mark against MSU since 2016.

Imani Morlock has recorded four points (one goal, two assists) over her last four games. The senior has handed out an assist in back-to-back games and leads MSU with four assists this season.
STARTING WELL
MSU has scored first in each of their last three games and has outscored their opponents 5-0 in the first half. However, the Mustangs are just 1-2 during the stretch after being outscored 5-0 in the second half.
SPENDING TIME WITH SPENCE
Ryan Spence opened his second season as the Head Coach of the Midwestern State Women's Soccer team with a 3-2 overtime win over New Mexico Highlands on September 6. In his first year in charge, the Mustangs finished 2-13-3 and 1-9-2 in Lone Star Conference action, earning a trip to the quarterfinals in the LSC Postseason Tournament.
SCOUTING THE LIONS
Texas A&M-Commerce is closing in on a post-season berth, holding a six point edge over Eastern New Mexico for the seventh and final playoff spot in the Lone Star Conference with two games to go. The Lions have won two games in a row and three of four. Last time out, Leslie Campuzano converted a penalty kick in overtime to lift the Lions past Texas A&M International, 1-0. It was Campuzano's team leading seventh goal of the season. The junior has also dished out nine assists for a team leading 23 points.
