THE RUNDOWN
WICHITA FALLS, Texas – Freshman

In a match that featured 18 ties and eight lead changes, a first set comeback by Eastern New Mexico proved to turn the tide in the Greyhounds' sweep, 25-27, 17-25, 21-25.
Junior
Sarah Eakin had MSU Texas serving for set point in the opening frame behind a big kill at 25-24, but three-straight kills from ENMU's Sarah Tuioti-Mariner, Jasmine Gannon and Lauryn Bresnahan clinched the 1-0 advantage for the Greyhounds.
A 16-8 run to start the second along with a 4-0 finish in the third soured the Maroon and Gold's home opener.
