WICHITA FALLS, Texas – Eastern New Mexico scored a pair of second half goals after Midwestern State had claimed a 1-0 lead in a 2-1 loss by the Mustangs on Sunday at Stang Park.

Both teams battled to a 0-0 draw through the first half with freshman keeper Samantha Upton making four saves.

Sophomore Madison Williams broke the scoring seal in the 61st minute with a shot from 25 yards out after freshman Senna Garcia hit Williams with a through-ball.

The Greyhounds scored a pair of goals over the next 13 minutes to take the lead for good. Kierra Diaz hit the equalizer at the 68:38 mark after collecting a rebound on a missed shot from Bailey Bosley.

Kierra Diaz swung the ball around the box to Charlotte Collins-Blaize who fired from the center of the pitch to give ENMU a 2-1 lead with just over 16 minutes to play.
