th-ranked Southwest Baptist, 5-4, on Thursday at the MSU Tennis Center.

Anna Claire Gerletti to knock off Sarah Brown and Beatrix Federer at No. 3 to get things started. MSU's duo of
Bianca Duff and
Greta Lazzarotto kept it rolling with an 8-6 win over Lucia Diaz and Constanca Crespo, 8-6. The Bearcats pair of Klara Vickov and Jill van den Dugen fought off
Maddy Coffman and
Ashley Ramirez, 8-6, at the No. 1 spot to get on the board.
The Mustangs would stretch the lead to 3-1 behind Coffman's racket at the No. 1 singles line. The junior bested Lucia Diaz, 6-3, 6-1, but momentum would quickly swing to SBU. After claiming the next three singles matches, Brown secured the win for the Bearcats, defeating Gerletti in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2, at No. 5. Sophomore
Emilija Segetlija closed out the match with a win over Federer, 6-1, 6-2 at No. 6.
