th-ranked Southwest Baptist (1-0) to the friendly confines of the MSU Tennis Center for its home-opener on Thursday, March 1, at 2 p.m. After the matchup with the Bearcats, the Mustangs travel to Edmond, Okla., on Saturday, March 3, for a doubleheader against Southern Nazarene (0-2) and 17
th-ranked Central Oklahoma (4-1). First serve is set for 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.

TOP-20 CLASH: Thursday's match with the Bearcats marks the second-time this season the Mustangs have gone head-to-head with a nationally ranked opponent after falling to eighth-ranked St. Mary's, 7-2, on Feb. 17, in the season opener. Last season, the Maroon and Gold boasted a 5-4 record against top-25 foes, including a 5-4 win over then-11
th-ranked SBU on March 4. On Saturday, the Mustangs meet up with the 17
th-ranked Bronchos on the road after taking a 6-3 decision from UCO in 2017.

LAZZAROTTO CLIMBING THE CHARTS: Senior
Greta Lazzarotto is making her way up the record book for the Mustangs. The senior currently owns the second best doubles winning percentage in program history, claiming 84.5 percent of her matches in pairs play, behind only Paige Boykin's record of 86.1 percent set from 2014-15. Lazzarotto is a doubles win away from her 50
th-career victory which would move her into 13
th with Michelle Beukes (2004-06 / 50-26) on the all-time list.

BEARING DOWN: 18
th-ranked Southwest Baptist enters the contest with a 1-0 record after taking down Southeastern Oklahoma State, 7-2, on Feb. 25. The Bearcats are coming off a 19-4 season and an appearance at the NCAA Central Region Championships last spring. Junior Klara Vickov went a perfect 17-0 in singles and added a 15-3 mark in doubles last season while sophomore Sarah Brown went 15-2 in singles and 13-5 in doubles.

CALMING THE STORM: Southern Nazarene comes into Saturday's matchup with a 0-2 record, losing to Central Oklahoma and Cameron. The Crimson Storm went 2-13 last season, led by top returner in junior Anna Garcia with a 9-6 singles record.

BUCKING BRONCHOS: 17
th-ranked Central Oklahoma brings a 4-1 record into the weekend. Junior Alli Hodges, the ITA's 29
th-ranked singles player, is one of four Bronchos with a 4-1 record on the spring. In doubles, UCO has gone 11-4 in pairs play, led by Hodges and freshman Paola Landin with a 4-1 mark. The Bronchos are coming off a 14-9 campaign, advancing to the Central Regional final before bowing out of the NCAA Tournament.
