Tiara Wilson posted a career night as Midwestern State stretched No. 11 Tarleton State out to four sets in a 3-1 (25-18, 21-25, 25-12, 25-20) loss in Stephenville.
The Dallas native produced five kills and five blocks, including three of the solo variety, in the loss as the Mustangs hit a season-high .276. Wilson entered the match with three kills and two blocks on the season before logging her best outing of the season against the Lone Star Conference leading TexAnns.

Erin Richburg led MSU Texas with 11 kills. Freshman
Lauren Honeycutt and sophomore
Raven Presley each notched 10 kills, hitting a blistering .500 and .400, respectively, while freshman
Addy Cook added nine kills and nine digs.
TSU's Amber Strange led all players with 17 kills. Hannah McManus and Lauren Kersey each bolstered the TexAnns offense with 13 kills apiece. Tarleton added 10 aces from the service line to win its 22
nd straight contest.
Trailing 11-9 in the first set, TSU mounted an 11-2 run to grab a 1-0 advantage.
The Mustangs pulled even in the second set. Honeycutt and Presley each picked up five kills and hit .625 on eight swings. MSU Texas closed the frame on a 6-3 run, capped by a spike from Richburg.
In the third set, Tarleton started strong, hitting .571 with no errors to regain the match lead, 2-1.
Tied at 19-all in the fourth set, the TexAnns clinched the match on a 6-1 run, getting a pair of aces from Adrianna Knutson and Blanca Izquierdo. Cook collected five of her nine kills in the final frame, hitting .571 on seven swings.
