WICHITA FALLS, Texas – Midwestern State heads west for the second time this season, making trips to Canyon and Portales, NM, to take on West Texas A&M and Eastern New Mexico. First serve on Friday against the Lady Buffs is slated for 6 p.m. while Saturday's showdown with the Greyhounds is tabbed for 1 p.m.

Glawe Climbing Up The Charts
Redshirt sophomore
Sarah Glawe cracked the top 15 for career assists with the 49 dime outburst against Cameron and a 37-assist performance last Saturday against the Javelinas. The Allen native needs 13 to match Hayden Blair's mark of 749 set in 2015 for the 13
th-most in program history.
Glawe moved into the top-10 on career assists per set after playing in her 100
th set last Saturday. The sophomore's 6.94 mark is the 10
th-highest in program history while her 6.88 assists per set this season ranks third in the Lone Star Conference.
Brick Wall
Junior
Sarah Eakin is in the midst of one of the best defensive seasons in program history. The Wichita Falls native ranks 24
th in NCAA DII and third in the LSC with 1.18 blocks per set, the second-highest mark in MSU Texas' single season history (Lauren Bayer, 1.20, 2010). The Florida Atlantic transplant needs five more blocks to pass Shelbi Stewart (2009-12) for 14
th on the all-time list with 180. Her career 1.05 average blocks per set is the second-best in program history, trailing only Lauren Bayer's 1.14 from 2009-10.
